As a Assisting Assistant Production Manager, you are an important link in the production process. You support the Production Manager in production activities and ensure that production is carried out on time in accordance with the set quality standards. In addition, you carry out various production tasks yourself, giving you a hands-on role in the process.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Supporting the Production Manager in daily production planning.
• Being able to independently operate all workplaces on the production line.
• Supervising employees in production.
• Supervising production progress and resolving technical and organizational issues.
• Optimizing processes and proposing improvements.
• Reporting production data to the Production Manager.
• Supporting R&D in various tests/trials.
• Ensuring safety and compliance with business rules.

What do we ask of you?

• MBO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of process installations (paper industry, etc.).
• You have leadership skills and are good at working together.
• Able to work independently.
• You have an eye for quality and safety.
• A hands-on mentality and a willingness to participate in production.
• Good communication skills in Dutch
• You are curious, creative, flexible and solution-oriented.
